Superhighway 2

Yeah!!  Finished at last.  I really enjoyed this PD, although at times, I wondered whatever possessed me to think that I had the time to complete it!  However because it was self-paced, I found that I could leave it for weeks at time (during reports etc) and then pick it up again when things quietened down.  Having a finishing deadline was also necessary because it forced me to really pick up the pace this last week to ensure that I completed it.  I think that it did become easier as it went along, partly because I found that I already had previous exposure to some of the Web 2.0 technologies, and also because I became more confident as I went along and realised that I couldn’t really break anything!!  I will definitely spend more time looking at the Web 2.0 Awards and Web 2.0 tool Directory.  This PD has also given me some great ideas for future library activities.
